SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping
We use Shippit and Australia Post to send packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed and packed. Shipping from Brisbane Australia to your destination can take anywhere from 2-20 days depending on your area and Country.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Items are sent in appropriately sized boxes. Shipping is calculated and displayed before you finalise your order on the Website.

International Shipping
International shipping is available. 

Incorrect or Returned Parcels
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

Customs and Duties
If you require International Shipping for your purchase all customs/import duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Scandiluxe is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. If you require further information, we recommend that you contact your local Customs office.
