Poor service

Paid for the hooks weeks ago and they still haven’t been delivered yet!!!

Sorry for your wait and we were not aware you hadn't recieve your hooks yet as they were sent weeks ago.
Next time please just let us know if you haven't recived your items so we can help you with your issue before giving us a 1 star review.
I will follow up with the shipping company when they open on tuesday morning and let you know what I hear back, typically I will just send out more hooks straight away, so if the origianl shipment gets lost somewhere and ends up turning up you will end up getting a double up.
